Comment on the statement
"It is important to protect the joints to minimize the risk of arthritis later in life"
ANS- Near the time of old age approx 60-65, the majority of the population suffers pain, stiffness, and inflammation in their joints which is caused by the disease called Arthritis.
WHAT HAPPEN IN ARTHRITIS-
Body immune system attacks the tissue of joints, that affect the synovium which is a soft tissue present in joints and are responsible for the production of fluid that nourishes the cartilages and lubricates the joints in our body.
It is very important to protect the joints to prevent the development of arthritis and this can be done by several factors-
** It is important to take care of these things because they are somehow the cause that results in developing arthritis, so it is the way to where we can minimize the chance of developing arthritis.
The Cause of arthritis depends on the type of arthritis, because there is no such single cause that is responsible for all the type of arthritis. But these are the particular cause that mostly results in a particular type of arthritis-
** Apart from these specific causes there are numerous other causes that are responsible for the development of arthritis. Those are poor diet, and a diet containing high purine (Seafood, red wine, meats) they can lead to gout(a type of arthritis).
