Answer:

Introduction:

Economy Outlook of India:

India is the world's largest democracy with more than 135 crore population. Indian cultural diversity, value, belief system is unique in the world. India is an Asian country have rank in in international ranking in respect of Population-2, population density -33, life expectancy -130, HDI -102, health expenditure per capita -141, education index -145, GDP growth rate -15, per capita GDP -122, employment rate - 42, index of economic freedom -123.

This year is a drastically worst year for the entire world because of global pandemic because of COVID-19. Its hit the globe badly and badly affected to the entire economic, social and political system. So, I will use the data of last year to see the picture of Indian economy to understand your question better.

Previous year's economic statistics of Indian economy:

GDP Growth- 5% (approx), inflation rate- 6.58, population below poverty line- 6.3%, unemployment- 5.5%, public debt- 70% of GDP, Budget deficit- 3.4 %.

Labor market in India:

Sector-wise contribution of GDP of India at 2011-12 prices, composition of Agriculture & allied, Industry, and Services sector are 14.39%, 31.46%, and 54.15%, respectively. More than 40% of workforce in India employed in agriculture and rest half in industry and services. Service sector paly an Indian economy and employment generation in India. In India, Unemployment rate his high and structure and nature of Indian labour market is unfavorable for skilled labor. The problem of unemployment in India are- low productively, heavy population burden, lower share of non services industry,  low productivity in agriculture sector,  defective economic planning, lack of skills development programs, technology etc.

Why people moving abroad:

But the biggest issues with the Indian economy and social system by which reasons people are moving abroad are following as:

1. Structure of employment: In India, most of the jobs are blue color jobs and seasonal,structural, cyclical unemployment is the major issue of Indian labour market . Indian are getting quality higher education from abroad of premier institutes within India and country is not generating the relevant job opportunities for them.

2. Wages level: Wages level is very low and gap of wages between senior and junior executives are very wide. So, insufficient wages and higher inflation (cost of living) is pushing to the people for searching job out of India.

3. Social Security System: Social security is very poor in India. Government has no plan to secure the income and lives of the poor people, unemployed people and senior citizens. Quality of the health care system, education is also very poor. So, people are very uncertain about the future of themselves and their family or children. So, they move out of country for a better lives.

4. Security: The law and order is very poor, legal procedure is very long and expensive, officers are very corrupt, leaders have no vision. Rape, murder, kidnaping, and other social crimes are the common things in India. So, people are feel very unsecured in India and mover to foreign country.

5.Opportunity: Because of lower quality of job, harder to doing the business, complicated business policy, unfavorable social system are the big problems in the front of the Indian people. Because of these problems they are feelling difficulty to creat or search opportunities so, move to foreign country and do better. There are number of examples like, Satya Nadella, Sunder Pichai, Mittal family etc those are doing great in foreign country.

Conclusion;

So, there is not the one reason to move foreign country of Indian people. There are number of reason. off course unemployment is a big reason. The quality jobs, high standard of living, better social securities, better education, better opportunity and support etc are the big reason of migration of Indian people.

Thank You
