Answer: The physical assessment includes the general inspection which includes inspection, palpation, or auscultation. The visual inspection should be made properly such as noticing the problem, health of the patient. In this case the skill that has been required is attentive observation, effective inspection as well as analysis and evaluating ability towards the pain or suffering of the patient.

It is important to understand that the physical assessment can be enhanced such as during the inspection the nurse need to be focused towards the assessment. The nurse need to have good observation such as expression of the patient. The nurse need to obtain objective and subjective data. Nurse need to have effective communication skills so that it can reduce the risk of error. The nurse need to show empathy towards the patient, so that they could easily describe their health issues. So, the assessment could be performed more carefully.
