I picked Canada for this. I think one of the issues could be the wait times to see a dr but I can't think of 2 others.

A, Canada is the second-largest country in the world in terms of
population, in economic condition. due to the increased population,
there is also high death and birth rate and other chronic illness
that affect the population health and growth.
B, Canada population estimated ate 37,589,262 in July 2019. country
aging population increases in addition to increasing with baby
boomers as a majority seniors.number of centenarians increased that
result in increases in life expectancy, women have the highest life
expectancy than men. Canada has three main levels of
government.federal, provincial, and territorial levels. Canada has
a universal publicly funded health care system(medicare) focus on
universal health care coverage. it provides equal access to a
physician and hospital services by tax-funded and provincial public
insurance plans. Canada's health care system is very good because
everyone has health care coverage. federal, provincial, and
territorial governments took roles and responsibilities on the
Canadian health care system by the Canadian constitution. federal
government responsible for providing health care services for
certain groups of the population, it provides health care funding
to provinces and territories and additional funding they fiscal
transfer. Canada has a diverse climate. geography plays an
important role in community development. it affects politics,
transportation, trade, foreign policy, and national security. it is
the world's largest nation by area. health care system in Canada
demographics prefers public over the for-profit health care system.
rural Canadians health beliefs, values, and practice are different
that make them lack several challenges. rural community differs
from urban in geography in the distance, population growth,
dependence on primary resources. Canadian aboriginal population is
more prone to suicide, unintentional injuries, and chronic
illness.
II, a, One major challenge in Canadian health care is access to
health care service. due to high waiting for visiting the physician
make the people to nonadherence with access to health service.
Canada health care not to cover prescription drugs, long term care,
home care, etc. provinces provide half coverage for children,
seniors, and for unaffordable communities.cancer is a high cause of
death among Canadians. but new innovation and advanced technology
make the health care system advanced. aboriginal population
affected mostly with special diseases. the indigenous population
most often prone to many troubles including mental health
issues.

improvement, focus on primary care, funding for cost-effective
treatment.national-level focusing on indigenous peoples for income,
housing, education, and other determinants of health. high-quality
health care with safe, timely, cost-effective, equitable,
patient-centered health care fulfills the large gap by public funds
and changes in policy and federal, provincial, and territorial
government regional authority, organization providers, patients,
and in all levels.
