What is a pro and a con of Confucius?

Confucius and his philosophy contributed with the development of Chinese culture ans civilization. It has many pros such as collectivism, more significance to family values and establishment of the hierarchy to bring clarity in command and leadership. It made followers to organize in a team and achieve bigger goals. It was only possible due to Confucius and his philosophy. Though, there are cons also. The first con is the development of insularity among the individuals. It means they should focus upon themselves and family and not about others in the society. But, it is not true as human beings are of social nature and we cannot neglect others even if they are not concerned with us. The second con is the assumption that human nature to be good by birth, but it has limitations and what is right is also dependent upon specific cultures. So, goodness and morality is relative concept, rather absolute nature of the humans.
