There is only few variety in vegetarian
foods..

Most of the restaurant target only non vegetarian
food..this makes the vegetarian to get worried..
4,social issues:
when they go for party or any function
vegetarian people feel difficulty to cope up with other
people..
5,Differences in choices to family and friends:
vegetarian people have to adjust family and friends
when they eat meat foods..
6, Deficiencies:
if vegetarian does not include enough nutrient they fall in
deficiencies like iron deficiency,calcium deficiency and vitamin
deficiency etc..
7 Life style changes:
they have to make changes when they go for any picnic
or any other places to meet friends they have to make it clear that
they can eat only vegan foods..this limit their food
choices..
