Solutions

Expert Solution

Public education in America really began in earnest after the Civil War, when government-funded and -controlled schools supplanted the earlier system of private education.
The money as well as the man-power spent on the Federal K-12 program, as well as Head Start, means that the private sector has had neither that money nor that man-power to do anything productive. It's been wasted by the government rather than adding to economic growth.

Once again, government involvement is equated, by the government's own study, with government failure. Also government many time failure to deliver their schemes for education in rural areas. Many time governments introduce scheme for poor students to educate them but due to hierarchy and few government servants negligence these schemes are not reached to needy students.
Today's Era isscientific and technological error anytime governments fails to provide technological education to rural areas. Because of this failures students from rural areas are not compete with students from urban areas who take their education in scientific manners. According to me government provide all kind of education in Government schools with it compared to private school. American governments always try to give their best to students. But due to some negligence and uncertain government policies this benefits are not reached to needy and bright students of urban areas.

The past twenty years have seen advancements in technology that were critical to further understanding concepts in cognitive psychology. Two such developments are positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. These scans allow researchers to “see” the brain in action. How do the research tools (equipment and methodology) available today contribute to a greater understanding of “conscious processes and immediate experience” than was possible using trained introspection and structuralism?

Now let’s assume that there aren’t any variables that were left out of the equation (i.e., no other variables affect Quality of Life). Is it safe to assume that the quality of life in...
