Inpatient safety, a safe hospital environment is very important, and also a supportive supervisor/manager and improved interdisciplinary communication and increased safety event reporting are very important.

Example: A safe hospital environment

1. Remove stored equipment from the public area, which means the patient care unit should be clean and clear and always set arranged for any emergency situations without fail.

2. Make nurses station organized in a good manner. It will improve our working condition with positive way.

3. Minimise hospital room clutter. Always make sure your working area both patient side and nursing side should be clear always. That enhances positive outcomes.

4. Assure overall cleanliness in all area. Instructions should be given to all housekeeping staff to promote cleanliness in all over the areas of the hospital.

5. Condition the auditory environment to minimise noise. Unwanted noise should be avoided. This instruction should be provided to all healthcare department for a safe hospital environment. All staff work in a well disciplinary manner.

A good health care organisation or a hospital system should provide a patient with a good experience of care and improved patient satisfaction.

Improving the patient experience of care.

Health care system should use patient satisfaction as a balance measure. Which means we should improve the patient experience in nursing care and it will approach a positive outcome. If a patient feels good about her doctor, nurse and care she's receiving, she is more likely to comply with the treatment recommendations. Nurses should provide a high quality of nursing care to the patient and should attend and fulfil all patient needs in order to improve the patient disease condition. We should enhance less duration of hospital stay.
