A process improvement framework concentrates on a plan of attack for facing new improvement challenges. For a process improvement framework, we keep on improving the method according to the new challenges. It is a continuous and never-ending process.

The problem-solving framework logically includes various tools and techniques to solve the problem. For a problem-solving approach, we have a solution that can be implemented a single time to solve the problem. We do not have a second chance here, and hence, it requires more planning before execution.

Process improvement framework: In any software development company, we do have many stages where we improve. Firstly, we do have a dummy software developed and then tries to add other features to it. Before making it accessible to the public, we make a lot of improvements in it.

Problem-solving framework: Construction workers use this framework while building structures. For the construction of a building, one needs to be perfect in developing solutions. This requires one to be accurate for the first time.
