organizations. We can educate people by articles, videos etc.
Amidst of Covid 19, people need more awareness about nutrition,
need of exercise and health. Public health system can help
Eg.Government can provide nutritious diet through the health
centres especially for pregnant ladies, children and
geriatrics.
Can conduct awareness programs in schools and provide nutritious
food.
Online teaching can help also to reach this messages to general
population.
b)sedentary life style and lack of physical activity can
contribute to many health problems such as heart diseases, and
neurological diseases. Less active and less fit people have a
greater risk of developing high blood pressure and other health
problems. Physical inactivity may also increase the risk of certain
cancer.
And also poor eating habits such as insufficient intake or high
intake both have adverse effects on health. It causes obesity, high
blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and stroke etc.
