What common descriptors/characteristics do influential teachers share? Are these characteristics learned, or do they have to be naturally occurring? In other words, are great teachers born or made? If made, what can we do to help develop more teachers like those that had such a positive impact?
A Teacher is someone who can shape the future of children's, of course there is a fact of nature vs nurture but nurture plays a very important role in all this ... A influential teacher is the one who has ability to change perspective or someone to whom you look up to .
A influential a teacher is someone who has the ability to understand the requirements of each student or shall we say someone who knows how the teaching methodology could implied so that others are motivated, interested in their teaching.
Influential teachers are not born with these qualities but yes they do have some great abilities to compel others and by using it wisely they can become a teacher who can influence. In some cases others are motivated to become a teacher who wants to educate students of what they have learned, they believe in sharing their knowledge with others.
Every teacher has their own way of spreading knowledge or teaching a particular subject but we only remember those teachers who had their own different ways of explaining things , which makes it interesting to learn from them.
We can do many things to motivate teachers too, we can have more teachers who have positive approach towards studies by providing them good training, a proper counselling, a good pay since they really work hard. Taking care of so many students is not a easy task, making sure that the teachers aren't stress or in some other problem. Telling them that they are important. So that there are increase number of such influential teachers.
