1) A) Nurse client relationship is the interaction between nurse and client in which nurse compassionately works for well being of client. The names which describes nurse- client relationship are sympathy, trust, respect, empathy and compassion.
B) Nurse- client relationship is based on trust and respect. There are three phases of nurse client relationship-
Orientation phase. Working phase. Termination phase.
C) The characteristics of nurse- client relationship are trust, respect, interest, empathy, and compassion.
Nurse client relationship is based on trust and respect. Compassion with each other includes knowing each other, knowing mental and physical issues and try to build up the bond between each other. Taking interest in knowing what actually client needs. Empathy means to understand and share the feelings with each other.
2) A) Steps in administration of mixtures are-
Prepare mixtures and convince the patient and make sure he is ready to take medication.
Confirm the mixture by reading prescription before administering.
Confirm the right dose.
Confirm the right time
Record in the document of patient.
B) Keep medicines in their original bottles do not transfer the medicine in other bottle. Always keep the prescription with medication. Always read information on bottles which are given at what temperature medication should be stored and store it in that temperature. Store the medicine out of reach of children. Always keep the medication in dry and cool area. Keep the medication till it's expiry date and before consuming always check its expiry date.
