1. Organize the epidemiology of the patella to support weight and knee exercise in lower limb joint exercise.
2. Explain the reason why the cross-sectional area in the shape of
the two bones of the forearm is not constant in the longitudinal
direction in terms of ease of rotation.
3. Explain the cause of the formation of Trebeculae in bone, the aspect of direction, and the cause of direction.
Epidemiology of patella to support weight is simple patella is seasmoid bone or it is a joint of knee cap where two bones join to each other if any heavy weight we lift then there is pressure fall on knee and patella and patella bears limited weight to bear if excessive weight put then there will chances of fracture and swellen also and some muscles around patella were also torn and redness occur at site where patella is tierd
Knee joint exercise In lower limb joint is type of exercise In which there is some strengthening exercise and stretching exercise if we do with proper weight exercises then there is no pressure on knee joint and easily it bear weight if more weight put and doing exercise then there will be chances of knee joint fracture and cause swelling so it will be suggested that do exercise slowly when this type of injury happen
It is due to because there is common or only one joint that work for both bones radioulnar joint which moving only in one axis so when we twist our hand that movements of rotation especially moves in single direction that's why it is the reason forearm not seen In longitudinal position
Trabecule of bone is formed by cancelleous bone which Is develop into compact bone with the help of osteoblast cells the aspect of direction of tarabecule is from right to left either from 180 degree to 90 degree or vice versa cause of direction is rotation of 180 degree to 90 degree or vice versa direction
