Are ‘law’ and ‘justice’ one and the same thing? Discuss.
Law refers to the rules and regulations made by the main authority body of the country (supreme court) after the bill passing in the parliament. Law varies according to the location (state and country) and it is very significant for any state and country to adopt or implement proper rules and regulations for their citizens.
On the other hand, justice refers to fairness, kindness, equality towards others or people. Justice is can not be made but it can be fill by the others. Justice according to the law is very important for the people. Justice is a vast concept and it is based on human opinion and principles.
Both law and justice look or seem similar and many individuals are confused between them. Law and justice have interrelationship between them but both are not one or the same. Justice is a wider or broader concept as compared to the law. Law and justice are related to each other in this way that justice should be done to individuals based on current law (rules and regulations). So in this way, we can say that law is tangible (can be seen) while justice is intangible (cant be seen but can be filled). The concept of justice is more complicated than the law because to express human behavior (fairness, kindness, equality, etc.) is too hard.
