Currently, the Supreme Court does not allow cameras in their courtroom. They do release audio of oral arguments, as well as printed transcripts, and all court proceedings are open to the public. Should the Supreme Court add cameras into the courtroom?

Answer. Supreme courty should allow camera's in the supreme court and release those videos for educational and informational purposes . This will help those law students very much who sometimes are unable to visit the courtroom and learn the ways to create arguments and for full transperency to the public. Sometimes many of the audiences and defendents or suspects think that the judge is biased and he or she is giving a biased judgement in the courtroom if there are video evidences available the defendents can use them in a better way to review the case and to see if the judgement was biased or not and can appeal again if they feel so and maybe the faith people have lost on the judicial system will be restored with this process.

Answer. Long terms should have led to bribe issues and political confirmation process and the court goes out of the touch of people . There should be term limits or some fluctuations in the environments where the judges work . When a judge is placed on a particular place for a long time he or she gets known in that place and he or she has some political relations over there after some time which in return helps the political leaders to escape from charges. I m not American so i can't tell you about the cases i don't follow them .
