(i) The RDA of protein for a 18 year old female is 45 .0 grams compared to 18 yr old pregnant which is 75 grams.

-Usually there should be 15-30% of your food of protein.
-RDA RECOMMENDATIONS:
     15 - 18 year old males =55.2 gm
     15 – 18 year old female= 45.0 gm
