A patient tells a CCMA that her physician's office is incompetent, as there is no improvement in her condition. What would be an appropriate response?
The appropriate response to such complaints would be to initially note and record the patient's complaints. Then a detailed report and data is required to be collecyed by CCMA. Based on patient experience about incompetence and the exact nature of the complain needs to he heard. Secondly the physician and the nature of treatment medical and professional diagnostic are required to be reviewed and thoroughly studied. Finally we can talk to the involved physician office and the patient related medical treatment and progress in the due course. The patient's medical treatment progress whether it is related to incompetence or non complaine or non adherace or even lack of proper communication leading to ineffective treatment and no improvement can be analysed. Based on all the collected data and standard guidelines we can take appropriate actions to rectify the situation and provide the necessary medical attention to the patient. The appropriate response would be finally take considerable time and consideration to help the patient.
