governments..when judiciary system interprets with legal desicions
then they create common law,legislatures create laws that are
called statutes..All this laws makes rules and regualations in the
health care industry..civil laws take care of all wrongful acts
against organizations..criminal laws is concerned with actions of
illegal based court decision..this will look after medicare and
medicaid fraud..many legal factors contributed for malpractice of
providers.The concept of informed consent parameters prove for
important information prior to any medical treatment..there are
