1.There are three levels or types of prevention they are primary,secondary and tertiary prevention.

Primary prevention

In primary prevention it is maily based on the prevention of occuring a disease.In this type they encourage the people to take preventive measures to avoid the disease to occur in healthy individuals.

Secondary prevetion

In secondary prevetion it is focused on the prevention of worsening of the disease condition which is already happened by its early detection and the treatment.Thereby we can reduce the chance of being disabled by the severity of the disease.For this the client undergo certain diagnostic tests to detect the or to identify the disease.By secondary prevention one can avoid the complications of a disease.The secondary prevention is useful in preventing the spread of communicable diasease.Whic is very much necessary in this COVID-19 pandemic.

Tertiary prevention.

In tertiary prevention it focused on the alleviation of the symptoms and the complications of a disease which really happened for an individual and thereby to improve the quality of life of that paricular person.

2 The circumstance to use the primary prevention is during the home visist by the health care worker or during the health teaching.It can be use to make the awareness among the community about certain diseases,or can be used during the special days like world hand hygiene day.

The secondary prevention can be used in the campaign targeted on ceretain disease condotions .Also it is useful in certain days camps conducted by the health care systems or by the health worker during the home visist and the health education.For example on the day of breast cancer awareness day or during the world kidney day or world diabetic day.Asl it is useful in the period of any pandemics

The tertiary prevention

The tertiary prevention is recommended in healt teaching of an individual durin the discharge time or during the health at the time of home visit by the health care worker.

3.The exapmle for primary prevention. - Vaccination for certain diseases like polio,mumps,rubella,tetenu etc

secondary prevention- Early detection of cancers and it treatment

Tertiary prevention - Identifying the individual and isolating them during the pandemics,Controlling the suger level fot diabatic patients before it could damage the other organs and creat complications like diabetic nephropathy or diabetic retinopathy.
