Other hospitals are considered a great place to work, and employees are happy there and are very productive. He has heard the term “high performance organization” and wants Healthy AreUS to become one. 1. An organisation is run by its employees. Organisation is made by the employee working their and the hard work is the reason behind the success of an organisation. Employees are referred as the backbone of an organisation.

High performance organisation - means the high performance of the employees . In a high performance organisation , employee see the quality as the priority in the work place . They work to satisfy both the clients and customers. They use Innovative ideas and take initiatives to work in a different way. They are self -motivated and target the goal which has to be achieved. They use the feedback session effectively to improve their skills and also present their own views regarding a topic .

They utilise time efficiently and use good communication ,co-ordination , co-operative and interpersonal skills with other colleagues of the work place. They concentrate on improving their skills and on its upgradation and take lead to make correct decision and all theses results in a productive output.

All these above mentioned qualities of the employees make the organisation a high performance organisation .

- providing training to the employees without deduction of the wages.

- allowing the employees to present their view points for making a decisions.

- providing incentives and other benefits as a gift for their hard work

- provision of a comfortable workplace with the resources (like articles required to provide patient care) needed to work in the workplace

- taking break inbetween working time to relax

- allow for remote work and flexible hours

- appreciate the employees for their work

- create a culture of accountability

- set deadlines and encourage the employees to do the work within deadline

- identify the areas which needs improvement and provision of further training and helping the employees to cope up

- provide each employee task according to their eligibility and education and encourage them to use innovative ideas .
