Problem Solving Skill : I is the ability to find, analyze, understand and solve a problem in a effective way. It is a skills set consisting of listening, innovative, creative, analytical capacity, decision making, communication etc.It is a very useful and most demanding skill in corporate world.
Agility skills: It is related to adoptability. Its is a ability to adopt the situation and to maintain own productivity, self motivation, self confidence and efficiency and remain calm. it is a very useful skills for those employees who change their job or career change and migrant from one country or place to another country or place because he face the different challenges, culture and another situations. That time this skills help him to adopt the situation and to maintain own productivity, self motivation, self confidence and efficiency and remain calm.
Human Capital: It is the skills, knowledge, and experience possessed by an individual, viewed in terms of their value or cost to an organization.
Now here, i want to give my live example: When, i had graduated from university in banking and insurance in 2012 i had not job opportunity in relevant area (finance) because of economic recession and global economic slowdown so, i had joined a real estate firm as a sales executive and work their for 3 years. But few years later the economy improved and i had got a job in a financial advisory firm as an Investment Advisor. This job was totally different from my previous job. It was totally new for me. But i was a finance graduate and so, i know about the basic of investment advisory and from my previous job i had learned about communication, listening ,decision making, sales etc. So, These skills help me to understand to new job responsibilities. Because it was a investment advisory role join here, problem solving skills was vital.
Other side, agility skills had also helped me to adopt the situation and to maintain own productivity, self motivation, self confidence and efficiency and remain calm. I adopt successfully the new culture, new challenges and maintain own productivity, self motivation, self confidence and efficiency.
After spending few months with new organization i have learned another required skills and work hard to achieve success in the new role. My problem solving skills helped me to understand, analyze, evaluate the client's goals, risk appetite, current financial situation and also helped in to understand, analyze, evaluate the financial market, investment world and economy and provide right investment solution. My agility skills helped me to adopt new challenges and given my best.
Finally after one yeas i got promotion and salary increment and appreciation certificate from the CEO of the company. Because my skills set or human capital added value for the organization and me also.
So, as per my personal experience both the problem solving skills, and agility skills are very helpful in increased the human capital in order to get a better job or earn more income.
