There is already such non physicians available to help the physician who is known as Physician Assistant who holds a 4 years degree or a PG diploma in physician assistant course.These are the people who plays a major role in helping out the physicians and making work easy by doing

-Assessment

-Diagnosis

-plan of care

-advising medications

-ordering investigation

-performing procedures under assistance of a Doctor

By developing such courses the physicians are being helped very well in there works and the works are made easy

-Increased OP consultations with there help

-Reduces Physicians work

-Physicans can aproach more needfull and emergency cases on time

-Physicians can cover or look after a large number of patients if somebody is there to help

-Assistance once experienced can even handle minor alignments and treat them with the physicians guidance

-The main concern is to increase medical service and reduce physicians work load ..so as to address so many patients.
