In EHR  collecting all the datas ,accumulate it together and keeping it for future referrences Instead of paper records the health care system  must adopt and optimise the EHR . In interoperability transferring or exchanging datas or in formation as per need to multiple users.

Staff need proper education and awreness.Alleviate their anxiety.Stff support is very crucial
