a.Calcium and Vitamin D are much important in older adults because ,calcium production storage and absorption will be much disturbed in older adults.So bones become brittle,dense porous tissue will be damaged.This makes people to suffer from bone related diseases.This can be a supplementation to protect the bones.

Vitamin D: For adults greater than 70 - 600 IU per day
Calcium : 1200 mgs per day
c.For Adele she is of 85 years old and so the above recommended dosages are suitable.Listbof foods she can consume are
Milk,Eggs,Green leafy vegetables such as Spinach,Okra,Cheese,Bread,Sardines etc.

Risks and Benefits: Because of dietary supplements she can get calcium but that is not enough for her fitness programmes.Vitamin D sources can be given which is a benefit but as she is 85 years old her skin may get sun burns and rashes.
