* HEALTH CARE LEADERS: They are the people who decisions that caregiving. They help team membersand organizations perform optimally in a constantly evolving enviroment.

* They should have abblity to understand patients and guide patients .

* Dedicate time to interact with patients daily.

* EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE; It is the ability of the health care leader to recognize and understand spoken, unspoken and physical cues and take necessary actions to meet patient's needs and concerns .

* They should demonstrate sensitivity towards cultural and social back ground of patients .

* COMMUNICATION : Good communication skills helps the health leader to built a good interpersonal relationship with the patient and understand and gain confidence . It helps patients to freely express their feelings and problems.   

* EMPATHY ; It is the ability to put oneself into someone's shoes and walk alongside them during times of sorrows it heps to feel patient's difficulties and suffering.

* All these abilities and work exprience and willingness to work with the patient  helps to improve the personal experience that real people go through as a patient.
