3. Difference between aPTSD and acute stress disorder are-
ACUTE STRESS DISORDER- It develops immediately after some traumatic event. It lasts for 3-4 days to several weeks.Patient may suffer with nightmares, difficulty in concentration, sleeping difficulty, flashback episodes, Avioding the situation and people, Self isolation.
PTSD- Direct or indirect exposure to traumatic events cause PTSD to develop. Patients experience negative thoughts/ feelings after the incidence.
4.J.J experiences Flashback experiences. He goes in the flashback episodes where he was in the Gulf war and the enemies killed his comrades infront of him.

6. Alprazolam orally dissolving tablet 0.5 mg every 4 hrly PRN anxiety.I think alpraz should be given this time to the patient to calm him down, as he is said that he want some rest, and wants something to calm down his nerves.

8. Alprazolam treats short term anxiety and panic attacks but paxil treats depression and anxiety. it is very fast effective and long acting also.

Nausea and constipation.
10. Relaxation therapy helps the patient to relax the patient voluntarily. To attain a peaceful mind, and to relax the body and soul, to relieve muscle tension which is caused by depression, to reduce anxiety and anger relaxation therapy is done. Advice the patient to do relaxation techniques regularly for better results and for a fast recovery
