1. Schizophrenia is a term used to define a psychatric situation, mental incapability to adjust with ones own thoughts and situations as a social being. Mostly a szhizoprenic patient may not understand or try to understand what is happening around him.This is diagnosed with certain symptoms like negative symptoms and pisitive symptoms.
Negative symptoms - may include withdrawal from social activities, the patient may not attend any kind of social response and mainly emotional response. He lacks apathy and empathy. Lacking good relationship with family and socity.sitting long time alone and keep away from all other gathering responsibility
Postive symptoms also finds with R.B experiencing schizophrenic patient
Hallucinations is always a positive symptoms in schizophrenic patient in which mental status a patient may feel certain sensation that is not real.he may be feeling a unknown touching or presence of some one around him or there is a chance of searching for thing or person in althrough his day to day life.
Nursing Intervention
It is quite difficult to deal with a schizoprenic patient, that is why a nurse should make a good therapeutic environment to the patient.Like making good enough to understand his real medical history
Prepare medical history attend pharmacological intervention and other take care of patient from other infections.
