The US aging population increased in recent years. there were multiple chronic diseases, atypical symptoms, diagnosed, and treatment that is difficult to cure in the past year. medical socialist role on the assumption for today's generation should be well trained to meet health care needs. medical specialist as a powerful role in different socialization in many fields like psychiatric, pediatric, geriatric, surgery, internal medicine they make their important function by higher education, training, knowledge application skills, research, health prevention, addressing of health issues in the community.than curing prevention is the main goal for medical specialist in today world. control of disease through various medical care, drug therapy, immunization, public health measures reduce the death rate in recent years.
