English has become the global language for the business but there are problems associated with application of English in day-to-day business at various regional offices of the company because the regional employees of the companies are not adequate with the use and applicability of the English language as they are not affluent with the English language as they are not exposed to it completely and it can lead to serious problem when they are communicating with the top level of management and other strategic employees who are sitting in other parts of the world so there need to be proper adoption of English in workforce of the business so that they can not just be limited to the branch offices in the the city areas were they should also be extended to the local areas because they will be helping them to communicate with the senior management.

Problems for applicability of English in business are as follows-

A. it leads to a low level of informal communication between various employees in the organisation.

B. the cultural and the regional connect of the business is missing due to application of language of English

C. Certain employees are also not able to communicate well with the residents and the other customers

D. The wrong use of English language in various business activities can lead to bad impression for the company and it can even lead to loss of contract.
