Answer:- No, carbohydrates don’t make you fat. carbohydrates usually breaks down into simple sugar glucose after meal as per need and excess of glucose is stored in the form of glycogen and converted into fatty acids. Thus carbohydrates don’t make you fat but eating too much of carbohydrates at a time makes you fat.
