And the most reason of the failure of individuals character is the not chosen the best employees and not trained them. And the employees is doing fraud from business . And always thought about personal profit.

2.most of employment is very greedy in the bussiness .And the culture of greed is very bad for everyone. And they not the keep the value of the business and they thought only for himself.
