Is your child a finicky eater? Well parents, it is most common complaint of all the parents around the world. The children just wanna play, eat snacks but no real food. There are certain tips for those parents struggling with their finicky eater.

Lead by examples. The healthier your life style is the healthier will be your kids habits.
Don’t restrain certain food. Children have innate curiosity. Don’t stop them from eating around but just restrict it and make it a point to couple it up with good nutritious food.
Keep the fruits and vegetables in reach of kids. Kids get used to seeing and eating them and start liking them. Kids eat what is readily available in their site.
Make it fun. Try new dishes, involve your kid in preparation, let them know how to buy things, how to cook and serve the food. Play games around the food and ask them on how fruits and vegetables are grown and how they are healthier.
