Answer 10 – Scarcity

Scarcity is used a marketing strategy by providing some limited edition models in market. This is used as marketing strategy by various companies due to growth of social networking where people wants to get something unique and they pay higher prices for that. So, buying limited-edition Jordan brand sneaker means responding to Scarcity marketing strategy.

Answer 11 – Ego-Defensive Function

Using a mouth everyday unless you loved the taste is example of Ego-defensive function. In this function the consumer’s attitude will reflect their self esteem. They want to protect themselves from self doubt and adapt such habits.

Answer 12 – Internalization

Internalization means incorporating or learning something which is established or followed by others. Here, as earlier Max did not like the Bud Beer but subsequently started liking it as his Fraternity brother likes it. So, this is an example of Internalization behaviour.

Answer 13 – Cognitive Dissonance

When Max joins Axe throwing club by getting influence by the annoying behaviour of neighbour, it means this Cognitive Dissonance. It is mental conflict occurred due to behaviour of others and you cannot do something about it and decides to go for an alternative to reduce mental conflict.
