In my experience I found the test taking as a big burden and stressful .I found different test taking stragies inorder to prepare best for my tests and I found one method was very effective which help me to prepare the best in the major certification test and I realize that the previous test taking stragy which I followed was the main reason for test related stress.

At first I select the test taking strategy called "cramming" ,where I used to study a lot and try to gain a ample of information just short period prior to my test . I used this strategy because , I believe that starting to study earlier makes to forget the things at the time of test and I found this strategy as effective for me where in can remember all the things easily during the time of preparation .But ,at the time of test i start forget the materials which I learned which makes me frustrated and I realize that this method was not effective for me as this is an effective memorization techinque but only last for short term .

Later I found an effective test taking strategy which I feel best for preparing my tests especially major tests .I used the strategy of " spacing practise " ,in which I used to start prepare earlier by spending a bit of time daily for my studying and revision .I start to spend a little time to just come back to the informations that I studied through my various short session .it boost my confidence and I feel very free during the day of my test taking ,and this method I was found to be the most working method .

I believe that this method of spacing strategy will be effective and best working for all students even with short term memory . In certification tests a long term memory is very useful and this method boost both long term memory and provide relaxation and confidence ,as this method need to spend only a bit of time .this method is very beneficial as it help to fox a study plan for competate best during test taking .

Motor-Dexterity Test Motor-dexterity tests are often used in psychological studies, especially in neuropsychology. For this task, we are going to test motor-dexterity while looking for signs of frustration. First, take a clean pair of rolled-up socks or some other soft item. Then, have the participants throw it into a hoop you make with your arms. The objective is not to see how well they do the task but to see which hand they use; you are trying to determine dominance....
