Identify a service organisation of your choice and discuss how the Corona virus pandemic (COVID19) has affected your relationship with the said organisation Suggest ways the service organisation could improve its relationship with you and other customers.
There is the presence of various service organizations. with an increase in coronavirus pandemic cases, it affected the relationship between the service organization with the customer. Health care service providing organization or hospital is one of them. Because of COVID 19, I feel scared to go to the hospital for check-ups or for any kind of treatment. Most of the people think that this place is the most contaminated zone. And of the hospital close, OPD leads to disturbance in getting proper treatment or consult the doctor on time.
There are some ways the service organization could improve its relationship with the customers are:
- opening of OPD under strict rule and sanitization.
- Maintaining proper hygiene and use of PPE if going inside the hospital
- Awareness program from the organization for proper hygiene to prevent infection.
- Different entry and exit for COVID 19 patient treating ward and other normal wards.
- the hospital should follow the protocol of COVID 19 patient treatment.
- Develop telemedicine or phone call consultation of doctor by the customers.
