Briefly discuss the comparison between your “Calendar Age” and your “Real Age”?
Biological Age is the Real age of a person - how actually the body feels and the kind of lifestyle affecting the tissues and organs. it also includes factors such as sensory awareness, the performance of motor skills, physical appearance, etc.
Calendar Age is the chronological age that is calculated from the time of birth (in years).
Biological age and Calendar age are different from the perspective that a 40 years old person according to its calendar age can have a very healthy body just like a 25-year-old person. similarly, a 30-year-old person (calendar age) can have a body of a 50-year-old person. there's a link between healthy living and slow aging as well as unhealthy living and rapid aging.
Switching to more and more unhealthy junk food will make the body looks older than the calendar age.
Calendar age is something we cannot control but the real age is dependent on many factors of day to day life and many of them we can control. Enjoyment in life, loving the people around you, loving your job, make you a happier person, and the life expectancy will also increase. You also have heard that "You are only as young as you feel". Make exercises as a part of your daily routine and by eating healthy food you can make yourself look younger.
