Answer (1) Features of good product :-

* A good product must be durable and last for years without reduction in it's performance.

*Easy to use and it must fulfill customer needs and wants.

* Needs minimum maintainence and upkeep.

* A good product should not be harmful to consumer as well as environment during it's use and disposal.

* It should be reliable and ready to use without much preparation before it's uses.

* product should be affordable to consumers means it should not be too expensive.

*A good product should be function well and consumer could complete task without much effort and saves her /his time.

* Good product should be attractive , appealing to consumer with good performance to compete with competitors product.

*Easy to transport without much efforts.

Features of bad product :-

*Bad design :- Bad product are not attractive to consumers . People forget about it. Do not leave psychological impression to consumers.

* product that are not durable and diminish it's performance with time.

* product that are not simple to use and needs time for preparation before use.

* Expensive to consumers . Not everyone can afford it.

* Not easy to transport and handle.

*Needs maintenance time to time.

* products are of poor quality and harmful to consumers.

Answer (2) Change in price is due to supply and demand of the product. When supply of the product is less than it's market demand product price will rise. On the other hand when it's demand get decreases in market it's selling price will go down. Due to change in consumer taste and preference. Sometimes due to increase or decrease of price of raw material.

May be because of hoarding of commodities and services, monopolisation leads to rise in price.
