2.) Pure public goods are those supplied by the public sector and private goods are those supplied by the private sectors- *True* as public goods are non rival and non excludable. It's use by one person doesn't decrease the value and is a free rider to all. Incase of pure private good is a private good or service that are rival and only the specific person or group can avail a private good.
3.) Nonrival goods may be provided by the private sector, but only if they are excludable. *True* - Club goods are a great example to show non rival goods yet they can be excluded as in case of goods taken advantage by members of any group where it can be provided by private sector like health club, JCI etc
