My question:
Explaining 2 different unethical issues in Singapore that can happen in 4 departments. Explaining one strategy the company can develop to minimise or eliminate those unethical issues (1 for each, viable, logical solutions). How the company we found shows CSR and how another company don't show it. - Reason to let them show CSR (how to persuade them?)
The unethical issues :
Strategy to develop to minimize or eliminate those unethical issues:
CSR stands for corporate social responsibility. It is an important initiative by organizations to show consumers how much responsible the firms are towards them and society.
Now a day most of the MNCs shows their CSR to maintain the standard of their business and trust of their customers. Examples are : NTUC FairPrice Cooperative Ltd, City Singapore General Hospital, Developments Ltd (CDL), Singapore General Hospital, PaperlinX Singapore etc.
Small scale industries and many other firms also don’t show CSR due to which there is less transparency and honesty in their system towards economy.
All the companies either big or small should provide their CSR because today’s customers look for CSR of the company along with the quality and services of the products. So to attract more and more consumers and increase profit margins companies should provide CSR.
