Advantages - :

2. Improved Employee Efficiency mainly due to work from home culture

Disadvantages - :

1.Security and Compliance Issues

2. lack of synergy between team members due to lack of physical interaction

Modular organisations -

advantages - :

1. Flexibilty due to loosely coupled structures

2. vertical boundaries are removed therefore Status and rank are minimised.

Disadvantages - : because it is a new concept organizational members do not find these very comfortable in comparison to traditional hierarchical systems.

organizations use computer networks extensively. therfore they are not fully reliable at all times.

Barrier free organisations -

2. quicker response to market changes

Disadvantages -

1. lacks strong leadership and common goals of organisation

2. lacks high level of performance which can hinder performance
