Characteristics of a good strategy includes-

1) strategies are clear and doesn't change much - it helps employees to understand what their organization is trying to achieve and work accordingly. A strategy involves clear communication and it helps a company's workers to give their best. Once the organizers know what works and what doesn't, they can change their tactics to reach their goal and guide their employees with proper guidance and actions.

2) Strategies are measurable- If an organization set a goal, they know their strategy for the goal to achieved. Also, it is most likely that they will use ways to measure their strategy in order to know if their strategy is working or not. This characteristic of strategy benefits organization by helping them to build correct ways to achieve their goal.

3) Strategies are actionable- Strategic goals can be achieved through tactics. If an organization knows their strategic goal, they can use tactics (tactics are actions organizations take to achieve goal) to achieve them. The benefit is that they don't have to deal with forces that they can't control.
