President Obama used propaganda techniques - name calling; glittering generalities; testimonial; bandwagon; plain folks; transfer; and card-stacking in his acceptance speech.
Name calling: Instead of acknowledging Republicans to be worthy Americans that holds different ideology, he shortened the challenges to his agenda by stating it a matter of the games that Washington plays.
Glittering Generalities: Obama’s acceptance speech was full of nice words to show it's concern on ideology, like patriotism or goodness.
Testimonial: Obama endorses the ideology by stating that Gates were making new innovations.
Bandwagon: Obama appealed all to be the part of climate protector
Plain Folks: He stoked a sense of compassion and responsibility by stating that Americans should live lives today however without condemning the climate for the next generation.
Transfer: He appealed all that in helping to solve the problem of climate change by being a part of a bright, shining progressive ideology on a hill.
Card-stacking: He manipulated information for the better appearance of ideology usually by unfair comparison or omitting facts
