The speech given by obama was very pretty when he accepted the noble peace prize.The obama said making war is not the only way to a peace , he said it not only once but three or four times , in there is a deep ambivalence about the military action in many countries,irrespective of the cause .He told about the horrors of the war but his focus was on wars occasional necessity and these mentioned ocassion are the critical one which is faced by political leader.That is what he had to say , decided to expand the afghanistan war and then recieiving the peace prize.I might make ourself to think that the war necessity is the excuse of him.But his message was important particulalry in euroope where the opinion of public have turned against the use of force means dialouges not just in afghanistan but in everywhere no matter about the cause.He argued very clearly which dictates the Just war principle of defending the morale values sometime require willingness to the use of force, duty to defend thier citizens and defend justice , also he argued that force must be used when it is used , with restraint this invoke the just war theory
