To resolve all these problems, creating a study schedule or time management method is crucial,so that can reduce stress & anxiety and by teaching them about how to use that time wisely for studying and extra activities.

First of all, choose a calendar to arrange the schedule and mark down or enter all of the dates for school requirements such as class times, final examination, special events, physical education (game and practice session). Once entered all the academic and athletic hours, add one's study time which should be 2 hours of study in each day with prioritizing & scheduling assignments and projects based on those due date and level of importance. The most important is that schedule the time when the student is focused and alert.

Usually, it can be too easy to ignore the schedule, but it could be overcome by giving importance to follow study schedule as creating one. Along with the studies, make sure that there is time for social &physical activities like sports, exercise to avoid easy distractions causing by intense schedule or offers little down time. The successful and consistent way to stick to a study schedule is to award oneself by motivating them.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

1. Keep calendar or color coded schedule in a visible location with minimal distractions.

2. Use pencil instead of pen or sketch to make changes easily

3. Arrange the dates flexible to accomodate emergencies that may arise.

4. The study time must be consistent each day to create positive study habits

5. Maintain well-balanced diet to avoid fatigue, an inability to concentrate and less effective study time.

6. Stick on to one course at a time

7. Take 15 minutes break for every 50 minutes of study plan

8. During a break, try to involve in activities which you most likes. Eg: Listening to music, short walk.

From above points, a student can be successfully finish his/her academic period without thinking of hectic work and can keep good remembrance of college time.
