Powering our homes with renewable energy shall be great for reducing global warming. Because use of the renewable energy sources for generating electricity in place of traditional power plants shall lead to fuel conversion and improvements in environmental balance, as a consequence of decreasing greenhouse gases that are emitted by thermal generation.

Increasing the supply of renewable energy shall allow us to replace the carbon intensive energy sources and reduce the global warming emissions. According to the study renewable energy shall help in decreasing the emissions of the electricity sector by approximately 81 percent.

It reduces carbon pollution and has a lower effect on the environment. Generating energy which produces no emissions of greenhouse gases from the fossil fuels and decreases the air pollution. It diversifies the energy supplies and decreases the dependence on imported fuels also.
