Today the way of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and Organizations today needs to be very much effort very in their approach while taking decisions or atleast making provisions for the same. An organization generally consists of a leader who is responsible to make decisions for the organization and ensure that the decisions are making the process better and effective for the organization as well.

The perception process is the collective stimuli based on which we interpret a situation and take or atleast plan to take decisions. For example if there is something fir which our decision is important we need to study the same and based on that decisions are made and these decisions may vary based on how individuals perceive certain situations and make sure that such decisions are taken. Each and every business organization possess some target and the actions or decisions that the organization takes should be based on this target and objective of the organization.

Gone are the day when organizations would keep on doing the conventional and achieve success because today in order to sustain in the industry, organizations need to be very much effort into in their approach and ensure that the stereotypes are not being used any more as well. There should be an advancement in almost all the important processes that an organization uses, for example performance appraisal of employees which should be made better than what it was previously, diversity that the organization exhibit shoudl be made better than what it was previously because with globalization such asoects need to be made better from an organizational point of view.
