Three most important components as a Nurse practitioner are as a follows:
1. Being practical: Being nurse requires depth knowledge of each area and it requires complete training in all skills associated with clinical practise such as handling clinical cases, taking right decisions, handling patients and their family members. In a short understanding the situation and being dynamic in practises is the requirement of the nurse practitioner job.
2. Efficiancy: Following correct guidelines and providing required requiremt within a time frame is the key responsibilty of nurse practitioners. Professional efficacy is having depth knowledge of all the area. Understanding legal issues and how to take action based on the situations which fulfill criteria of systems is necessary and even thinking benefits of patients.
3. Leadership: Taking charge of the responsibilty and understanding the key requirements of patients. Working in team understanding fellows responsibilty giving right training to them is also a part of leadership. Making them understand importance of corrective and preventive action within a time frame should be priorty.
Ultimately working for patient and giving best service to them is most important task of our service.
