Answer 6: Correct Option – A – Delphi Method

Delphi method is the qualitative approach for forecasting which is based on forecasting from expert’s response to questionnaires. In this process the multiple rounds of questionnaires sent to panel of experts and the responses are collected and aggregated and shared with the group after every round of questionnaire circulation. This is the interactive forecasting approach that is purely depends upon the response of the expert people.

Expert judgment is type of process used for decision making process for the forecasting of resources requirements. It does not depend upon the questionnaire approach with expert panel. Intuitive approach and scenario writing are two different concept does not match with questionnaire approach with expert.
