Coffee a popular drink, which is served hot and it is preferred by many. It is slightly acidic thus it causes negative impact on the health of an individual, because of the caffeine content. Coffee is the most popular drink in the world, prepared from the roasted coffee bean.
Benefits: Coffee helps you stay alert and focused, boost your physical energy and it also helps you to brighten your mood on a gloomy day.
Risk: Too much coffee consumption i.e. more than 4 -6 cups a day results in insomnia and restlessness, Harmful for pregnant women.
So coffee is good or bad?
Hence the decision is up to you; you should be aware of yourself and take responsibility of you health and your wellbeing. Self management is organizing your time and energy, to manage your self in terms of well being.

Caffeine reduction will be a success only if the intake of coffee has reduced over the months.
