In terms of forensic language or in psycholegal terms is the ability of a person to be causing physical as well as mental harm to other people, except themselves. This is also identified as forensic risk, and danger could be referred to as a stable quality present in a person.

B) PCL-R is the psychopathy rating of psychopathy checklist which is one of the psychological assessment tools that has been used for assessing psychopathy in an individual. This is used for for predicting risks of criminal offences. It assess psychopathy by assessing personality traits along with the behaviors that have been recorded through a 20 item inventor. This test provides a categorical dimension by using scores from the 20 different items which use a 3 point scale to form scores.
